On March 26th, the PFAS and Toxics in Menstrual Products bill passed both houses unanimously!  We still await the Governor’s signature. This would ban toxic chemicals in menstrual products, such as: PFAS “forever chemicals”, lead, mercury, and formaldehyde.

We are happy to announce that the Diaper Disclosure Act (S2279C / A43C) was signed into law by Governor Hochul. This will require makers of diapers, other all-age incontinence products to disclose all intentionally added chemicals on the product packaging for items sold in New York State.
