Third Time Unanimously, PFAS in Menstrual Products Bill Passes Senate, Eyes on Assembly
The Senate passed the PFAS and Toxics in Menstrual Products bill unanimously after doing so in both the 2023 and 2024 legislative sessions. This bill bans toxic chemicals in menstrual products, such as: PFAS “forever chemicals”, lead, mercury, and formaldehyde.

Gov Hochul signs Diaper Disclosure Act into Law
We are happy to announce that the Diaper Disclosure Act (S2279C / A43C) was signed into law by Governor Hochul. This will require makers of diapers, other all-age incontinence products to disclose all intentionally added chemicals on the product packaging for items sold in New York State.
